The “Calici di Stelle” format, ideated and organized by the Movimento Turismo del Vino (Wine Tourism Movement) and the National Association Città del Vino, is a national initiative for the promotion of wine tourism in the wine areas of Italy with tastings, events and shows distributed in the different Italian regions, in the historic centers and in the most evocative locations of the municipalities that join the association Città del Vino and in the wineries associated with the Wine Tourism Movement. The appointment with Calici di Stelle 2022 is from Friday, the 29th of July to Monday 15th of August, with guided tastings, visits to wineries, conferences, meetings and shows in all Italian regions.
In our Euganean Hills the event “Calici di Stelle Euganee” returns on the 5th, 6th and 7th of August in Arquà Petrarca.
Arquà Petrarca (Arcuà in veneto) is an Italian town of 1.827 inhabitants in the province of Padua, in Veneto, located at the foot of Monte Piccolo and Monte Ventolone, in the Euganean Hills. It is part of the association The most beautiful villages in Italy.
In the municipality is located the Laghetto della Costa, one of the prehistoric pile-dwelling sites, since 2011 on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
