On the weekend from the 2nd to the 4th of December, the AbanoRITZ will host the Back School program, the first level course to prevent vertrebal pains and their rehabilitation at all ages. The method, perfectioned by professor Benedetto Toso, aims to teach professionals how to lead classes of Back School and Neck School. The course will be repeated from 3 to 5 March 2017.
The partecipants could try the pain-relief excercises, specific equipments and pain-relief tecniques and relaxation tecniques.
The secret of the class is its practical method of teaching: if I listen, I will forget – if I do, I will remember – if I do, I will learn.
2017 news
Starting from next year, the AbanoRITZ will become permanent headquarters of Back School. The class will be open to our guests and everyone who wants to learn the tecniques to prevent and relieve back pain, and not only to physicians and professional workers. There will be two ways of attending the class:
- group class: lasts a weekend, it will be held two times a month;
- intensive single class: lasts 3 hours, on request.
At the end, each partecipant will receive support materials, in order to keep doing the excercises at home and make them part of their daily routine..
