From June 23 to September 1, returns “Jazz by The Pool“, the event dedicated to good music in the Euganean thermal district. Six pool concerts inspired by legendary music with great international names from Sarah-Jane Morris to Vanessa Haynes, Lisa Hunt to Luma, Matteo Brancaleoni to Papik.
Myth•anthology
An anthology edition for the jazz festival by the pool that will liven up the summer in Montegrotto Terme. “Myth • anthology” is the title for this ninth edition, devoted to the myths of contemporary music and its most famous performers. A tribute in six dates, to cross the jazz universe in six extraordinary musical experiences overlooking the water stage, spa and nature of the Terme Preistoriche of Montegrotto.
The opening of Friday, June 23 will be with Sarah-Jane Morris 4et and her project – Songs of Calliope – designed specifically for Myth • anthology and her co-star quartet. On the 7th of July, Matteo Brancaleoni, the Italian crooner par excellence, will bring a tribute to Frank Sinatra, attentive and passionate. The following concerts will feature Motown’s “black” sounds with Lisa Hunt’s Forever Soul (July 21), the elegance of Brazilian and international music culture with Heloisa Lourenço & Paolo Andriolo Quartetto Brasilis (August 4), jazz-funk of Soultrax feat. Vanessa Haynes (August 25) and closing with Papik, a musical project led by eclectic arranger and Roman producer Nerio Poggi (September 1).

Music, taste and well-being
Back again this year, the tried and tested formula of “Jazz By the Pool” combines – on a single evening – the concerts, the products of the territory, the Park of the Euganean Hills and the thermal water, for an all-round cultural experience. Thanks to the renewed collaboration with the Wine Route of the Euganean Hills, which brings together over 40 producers, each event is combined with the tasting of a different wine to be enjoyed at dinner, by the pool, and admiring the luxuriant setting of the Euganean Hills.

Tickets and timetables
The reduced entrance for the concert only (access from 10pm) is 13€ and includes, in addition to the entrance, a drink. For each event the entrance is possible from 7pm, followed by the aperitif in the park at 8 and then the buffet dinner under the moon.
For those who want to take advantage of the unique combination of spa-dinner-concert, different options are available:
- 23 € to attend the concert and access the thermal pools (with jacuzzi, cervical waterfalls, sauna and Turkish bath);
- 37 € for dinner included (drinks excluded);
- 55 € for daily stay at the pool, dinner (drinks excluded) and concert.
All the events of the festival are hosted (even in bad weather) in the park and swimming pool area of the Terme Preistoriche in Montegrotto Terme (via Castello, 5).
