From October, 28th to November, 12th, every day, Luvigliano di Torreglia hosts the traditional Saint Martin’s Festival and the D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. Wines’ Show of the Euganean Hills. The event offers the best of the Euganean wine tradition to taste, get to know, enjoy and buy, with forty companies in the area and over one 180 wine labels.

Not only wine…

The exhibition, set up at Villa Pollini, includes, alongside the best known names, small quality companies that are worth discovering; it is also enriched by a huge food stand, offering local specialties.

During the opening days, the exhibition offers a wide range of proposals, suitable for the whole family. From costume shows to country walks, entertainments for children and art competitions. The Euganean Astronomical Association won’t miss, as well as musical moments with the city band and rock and country groups.

Every day you will be offered tasting of typical products of the Euganean territory: oil, honey, jams, cheeses and, of course, fine wines.

The show will end on Sunday, November 12th with a great fireworks and music show.

A weekend for fine wine

Saturday, November 11th and Sunday 12th are also the days of “Open Wineries for Saint Martin’s Day“. The autumn tour of the Wine Tourism Movement collects, as usual, many enthusiasts eager to taste the wines of the last harvest, always matched with seasonal products.
