Venerdì 29 settembre alle 21:15, l’Hotel AbanoRITZ ospita il concerto di musica ebraica “Neshùma” (alito, fonte di gioia), a cura del trio Agadà Klezmer per il festival “The Colors of Music in the World“.
“Haggadàh” significa storia, racconto, e i tre musicisti – Marisa Pasquali, violino e voce, Dario Righetti fisarmonica e voce, Stefano Corsi, contrabbasso – daranno vita a uno spettacolo che rielabora le melodie delle danze tradizionali ebraiche.
The festival
Each concert crosses a different country of the world, carrying the listener away through traditional melodies, classical repertoires and contemporary sounds. It is imagined as a journey that connects different countries, ideally a homage to all our international guests that, during these years, that during the years let us intertwine a long history of hospitality and reception.
The concerts are realized together with Associazione Klyo Music from Verona. Concert tickets are available in pre-sale at 10,00€. Each concert (except the one on December 29th) comes with two promotions, one that combines the concert to a dinner at our vintage restaurant “Il Brutto Anatroccolo” (38,00€) and the “Concert Week” (150,00€ per person) that includes:
- concert;
- 2 nights double room stay;
- half-board;
- access to the RitzVital space (thermal pools, sauna, turkish bath, Technogym, emotional showers, hydrorelax space)
The performers
The Agadà trio was born in Verona on the initiative of some musicians coming from different cultural experiences with the aim of spreading klezmer and yiddish music in general. Their repertoire consists of traditional dances (Bulgarian, freylekh, khosidl) that were performed by the klezmorim wandering among the Ashkenazi communities of Eastern Europe on the occasion of the Jewish festivities (Purim, Chanukkà) or Jewish individual life events (weddings, Milà, Bar-Mitzvà).
Their originality lies in the revisitation and re-elaboration of these musical subjects through the peculiarities that emerge in their trio, from which sometimes the classical nature stands out, in others the jazz one, in others the one deriving from typically from dances and songs, ranging from the most nostalgic emotions to more cheerful and joyful ones.
In order to better understand and participate, the concert will be accompanied by brief historical and social insights.
