This is even more true during the adult and elderly age.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Excercising regularly will:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Help <strong>lower the blood pressure<\/strong>, reinforce the heart and stimulate blood circulation;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduce the LDL low-density lipoprotein<\/strong>, the damaging part of the triglycerides, and rise the level of HDL part (the healty part of the colesterole);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activate the metabolic<\/strong> system and increasing the energy, reiforcing the bones and helping fixing calcium and minerals;<\/li>\n<li>Help maintaining the <strong>right weight<\/strong>, reinforcing the muscles and burning fats;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improve the mood<\/strong>, relieve anxiety and stress;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is as simple as taking<strong> long walks<\/strong>, better in group, and some simple exercises to improve the balance, guided by an expert. The ideal schedule consists in<strong> 3 trainings a week<\/strong>, every other day to let the body rest in between.
