March 25th and 26th are the Spring FAI Days

Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March are the Spring FAI Days. Over 400 Italian places will celebrate the event dedicated to cultural heritage, that this year reaches its 25th edition.

A unique chance

The Spring FAI Days are a unique opportunity to discover places that are usually closed to the public and feel part of the lively and busy Italy made of the 9 millions of people who have shown to love and reckon the immense cultural heritage of our country.

Churches, villas, villages, palaces, archaeological sites, castles, gardens, historical archives: there are over 1.000 open locations with free contribution tours in all regions thanks to the commitment and enthusiasm of FAI Delegations and Volunteers.

The openings of the venues are all handled by FAI volunteers who are passionate about the great success of the event. It is better to always check the opening times of the places (different for each city and subject to variations), bearing in mind that closing time could be anticipated if too long lines formed.

FAI by bike

The FAI Spring Days are more fun on two wheels! Discover the map of the bike hikes that FAI organizes in collaboration with FIAB throughout Italy: take the bicycle and pedal to discover the art and beauty of our country.

For each hike you must pay a contribution for insurance directly to the local association.

A list of the excursions is available at this link. Click here for more information on bicycles.
