Women, violence and international law: Sara De Vido for “Venezia Città delle Donne”

On Thursday, November 23rd, at 5pm, Mariacristina Gribaudi, president of the Civic Museum in Venice, hosts Sara De Vido to discuss her essay “Donne, violenza e diritto internazionale” (Women, Violence and International Law).

The event takes place at Ca ‘Pesaro, the International Gallery of Modern Art and is part of the Venice City of Women initiative. The project is realized in collaboration with the many associations that work in the areas of research on women, feminism and equal opportunities in Veneto, Italy and internationally.

The insights that the Foundation will bring forward are based on the specificity of museums, whose added value is to retrace, through suggestions and moments of reflection, the history of women who have contributed to creating the city of Venice over the centuries.
