From 10 to 12 August, the traditional “Calici di stelle” will be hosted in Arquà Petrarca, three evenings of wine tastings under the star, to celebrate the summer outdoors in the Euganean Hills. The wines of the area will be protagonists, accompanied by the delicacies of the local restaurants that will liven up the streets of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The event is promoted by the Wine Tourism Movement and the Wine Cities Association, which this year is committed to solidarity. Special silk-screened glasses, made for this very occasion, will be available for sale; the proceeds will be devolve in favor of the people affected by the central Italy earthquake of last year.

The program

“Calici di stelle” it’s not just about wine, but also convivial moments and cultural ones. Every night, from 9.30 pm, the city’s monuments will be open to the public and the streets of the hamlet will be enlivened by music entertainment. From 10pm, with the support of the experts of the Astronomical Euganean Association, you will be able to take part in the guided observation of the stars and admire the details of a few stars.

New for the 2017 edition is also a unique sale place to find all the wine selection of the wineries of the event, open from 9.30pm near the parking area.
