Starting from February, the winery Salvan-Vigne del Pigozzo organizes a wine tasting course, addressed to anyone who wants to approach the world of wine tasting and learn its basic principles.

During the classes, you will taste different wines from different areas, perfecting the tecnique and the main notions on food and wine pairing. At least 4 wines will be tasted during each class, together with a small food pairing.

The course will be held by Giorgio Salvan, winemaker and sommelier.

First class

Wine tasting: main principles and 4 wines tasting

Second class

White wines: winemaking, tasting and pairing

Third class

Red wines, white wines: winemaking, tasting and pairing

Quarto incontro

Sparkling wines: winemaking, tasting and pairing

How to partecipate

The course will start on February 8th (partecipants will be informed once the course is confirmed). Classes will be every wednesday evening, from 8:15 to 10:45 pm.

The course will start only with a minimum number of partecipants.
